For anyone who's interested in reading up a little on the A380 systems while we wait for the VC, check out this book (this may also help the devs). I've read it and it's a great insight into a typical flight from the front seat of a superjumbo Please excuse me if this has already been posted lol

Please please PLEASE stop asking the Project Airbus team for the release date. Yes, we are all anxious for the release date, but by asking this question over and over we are only putting them off. Just let PAirbus let them do want they want to do without us bugging them all the time

Though there are many ways we put the FDE through tests, in brief - testing for us is a combination of these. 1) random flights - takeoffs & climbs / cruise as the need may be - different manuevers etc 2) Simulated proper flights - comparison the real world flights (in terms of adherence to the...

Back to square 1 (?????)
Hi everybody
I don't want to be a nag, but on PA's homepage, it says on the update (from Twitter I think) "back to square 1". I dreaded those words. I heard that the A380 was to be released on April 1? Does that still stand?
Thanks again and sorry to be annoying

Re: Moving on, part 5
When the Project Airbus A380 was continued in November 09, how much of the project was continued and what was formed from scratch? Why would we do anything from scratch? Not sure - I assumed that after the project had been halted things may have been deleted or re-done once it had been continued.
