I am removing the panel file. Isn't that what it said to do. Did I miss something

I tried it and it still doesn't work

When I open the texture file to add the paint, the installer doesn't work when i click run. It flashes then disappears then I try to do it manually by extracting the files and the paint appears in FSX but the model is all messed up. I have a screenshot on flickr - http://bit.ly/j74WKB :? please help

When I go to use the repaint installer it doesn't open. Can anybody help? I really want to fly this thing!
