I gave up trying to even install it. And a lot of the requests for help seem to go unanswered or replies like "read the documentation". Well I have read it, several times, I am not a computer whizz. Some simple, clear, unambiguous and possibly idiot proof explanations might help!

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Whenever I select the A321 the aircaft appears to be approximately 1/2 meter below ground (wheels sunk in the tarmac).
