I gave up trying to even install it. And a lot of the requests for help seem to go unanswered or replies like "read the documentation". Well I have read it, several times, I am not a computer whizz. Some simple, clear, unambiguous and possibly idiot proof explanations might help!

Hi I've been flying the A321 FSX version for some time now and have noticed that the landing gear struts and wheel assemblies are completely black, no detailing on them. I am experiencing exactly the same problem. Whenever I select the A321 the aircaft appears to be approximately 1/2 meter below ground (wheels sunk in the tarmac). It then bounces approximately 2 meters into the air then drops back to the ground whereby it crashes and the sim resets to repeat the who...
