Re: Guide: A380 VC in FSX
Give it a break guys. The PA Team is bound to come out with a FSX native VC Model, but until then they are taking a much needed rest. Lets be grateful they even did a VC. While I know their are some bugs, we do you expect, this model IS NOT meant for FSX. Give them some time. Eventually they will g...

It seems pretty much the same as mine although make sure that the variant that uses the PA gauges has PAgauges at the end of the title line (case sensitive). That should bring back your E/WD.Delta 757 wrote:Hello,

Re: Please Help
I am running FSX... does the VC work for it? Well, it works but the VC is FS9 native so you'll experience some bugs and as far as I know, the PA team won't support using it in FSX. But the instructions should still work, just substitute the FS9 'Aircraft' folder for 'SimObjects/Airplanes'. If you a...

Re: Please Help
The VC should be included in the FS9 base package. Just download that and extract it to your FS9 'Aircraft' folder, then download a livery and also extract that to your 'Aircraft' folder. Then it's just running the _Livery Installer_PA.bat file located in either Aircraft\Project Airbus A380-861, Air...

Re: Guide: A380 VC in FSX
Thanks again for the tutorial No problem :) Tried this method and it is still not appearing in the game. :( If it isn't appearing when you go to the 'Virtual Cockpit' view, it's most likely using the wrong model. Make sure that you've copied over one of the model folders (model.vc_ea or model.vc_rr...

Guide: A380 VC in FSX
Anyone having problems installing the VC into FSX, try this: Note: This is not a FSX native model so you may experience bugs For this guide, I'm assuming you are installing the VC into an existing A380. 1) If you haven't already, download the VC package (found in the FS9 base package here ) and unzi...

Air Force One A380 WIP
As my graphics card is now making FS stutter every 10 seconds, I thought I'd have a go at a repaint. Below is a fictional Air Force One A380. Most of the releases (well all now) aren't stored on PA's servers. Instead, try AVSIM. Search their file library for "Project Airbus" and you should find the packages

Re: How can you / can you add more models to one airplane ?
There are only 3 model properties that you can add:
normal - (for the normal aircraft model)
interior - (for the interior/VC model)
crash - (the 3D crash model)
So if you're trying to add 2 normal aircraft models, you'll have to create a separate aircraft folder for the other model

+10 easter eggs to any eagle eyed viewer who can tell us whats out of place (apart from the RR engines on an EK livery ;) ) If you look, when the plane is banking (0:45), at the wing root, the darker grey shouldn't extend as far forward as it does as seen in this photo. As for something being out of place, could it be the Emirates red flag colour not extending onto the fuselage? :?
