A380 - vasFMC freezes when entering fuel (Win7, 64bit, FS9)

I am trying since a long time to get my A380 flying with the vasFMC. I have followed the tutorial and done what was advised as a workaround in another post (=enter the flightplan legs into the FMC instead of importing it). I have also tried all other "tricks": use the A380.cfg instead of &...

Re: VasFMC crash when pushing "fuel planning"

From the tests I done, I got the idea that if we only program the fuel AFTER inserting the flight plan route, it never freezes... At least I never had that bug doing that way! That makes a lot of sense, and is in line with the video tutorial posted on YouTube. The problem is that this only works if...

VasFMC crash when pushing "fuel planning"

I have installed the VasFMC gauges and I want to use the FMCG. Unfortunately there is a freeze of (at least) the FMCG whenver I push "Fuel Planning", and no calculations are being performed. Using VasFMC v2.10, Windows 7 Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong in process? Are there any condi...

First time user of A380 (in fact any) VC with VAS

Good evening. I am usually (since almost 15 years) a 2Dpanel user, never got the hang of VCs. Now that the best panel for the A380 seems to be the VAS one I installed it, and it shows up alright. I guess I know how to program the FMC and what the different buttons are there for, it's been many years...

Re: Has anyone found a panel merge for the A380 Yet??

After some time without the A380 I have re-created the "merge" with the Wilco panel. Fairly simple, just alias it. It works, but I stopped using it because the Wilco panel is faaaaaar too basic for my taste. So then I used the PSS panel, simply aliased it. Most things seem to work, with of...

No A321 repaints?

Hi, Congratulations again for the wonderful A321. However, I was hoping to see some repaints appearing of some of the important A321 users and other airlines I like (Air France, Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian, MEA, TAM). It seems to me that there hasn't been any other repaint other than the "offici...

Re: A321 released!

This is VERY exciting!!!! I stopped believing this was going to happen one day. However, the repaint list almost looks like a conspiracy against me: out of all the airlines whose A321 I wanted to fly, almost none of them is repainted: Lufthansa (non-retro), Air France, Swiss, US Airways (new), MEA, ...

Re: Has anyone found a panel merge for the A380 Yet??

So I have merged it with the payware Wilco A380 panel and sounds. The Wilco A380 panel cannot be compared with the Wilco Airbus series (A320 etc) - it is a "light" panel, and the Airbus systems logic isn't properly implemented. It's more like a Boeing logic. The FMC does not have many func...

Re: Has anyone found a panel merge for the A380 Yet??

Has anyone tried it with the WIlco A380 panel? It's not as complete as some other payware stuff, but at least it looks closer to the real A380 panel than the A340 ones, right?

Any experiences with such a merge?

And how about using the Wilco A380 sounds?
