Well I've copied the contents of the fuselage onto the three seperate fuselage psd's and lined them up perfectly, but I have some non-visible overhang. When I convert to bmp, will it disregard these bits?

Well I think it's solved. I noticed this evening that my throttle was malfuntioning too, only working from 50% to 100%, meaning lots of panic panic hit F1 moments! Right, I've replicated the 'occurence'. I recorded it in real-time to rule out any replay glitches. It was interesting doing aerobatics using wing views!
