Ok, I fixed setup.exe, by include inside VB6FR.dll for win10 user and fixed (I hope..) the read command of dll.xml.

Xmlrools.dll is not correctly installed.
Check if you have a line with xmltools.dll in the [trusted] section of your fsx.cfg file.
If not, you have to install again xmltools.dll and to declare the module in your dll.xml file

I agree that I haven't give many time to write some part of ECAM code and read all the Airbus documentation about warning message. I preferred to concentrate on writing FMC code about aircraft control during climb and descent and all procedure (holding , ARC). Time is limited and I had to do choices.
