Check now if XMLTools.dll file is placed at the root of your main FSX folder (same folder that FSX.EXE) and you can fly !

As said Wulf, XMLTools.dll replaces the 2 old modules XMLVars and Loggerx with FSX.
So you have to delete the XMLVars and LoggerX group in your DLL.XML file.

I solved the bug, about Pitot icing.
When pitot was iced, sometimes, Pitot stayed failed, even if pitot heat was activated.
I added new code to remove Pitot blockage; After press Pitot heat switch, wait 20 to 40 seconds, and pitot will work again.
Panels will be updated next week.
