Hello everyone! I have created a CFM soundset for the PA A320, and I was wondering if some of you guys could check it out and give me any feedback. My 2.1 is quite modified as I was getting lost with all the different versions I had floating around, so this may be a bit different...here is what I have: [LIGHTS] light.1=2, -69.70, 0.00, 4.70, fx_strobe2320pa , light.2=1, 6.8, 0.00, -5.80, fx_beacon320pa , light.3=1, 3.83, 0.00, 8.47, fx_beacon32...

So what you are saying is that when the wing flexes, one set of lights remains stuck to the wing, and another remains in he place where it would be at rest?

I figured that out when I went vertical in the default A321 at 300 knots using only 1/5 of the runway to takeoff!

there are as many FSX as configuration computers :D Tell me about it! I just had to install fsx on a new install of my OS on the same computer. DIFFERENT RESULTS! Who of you guys is using a 64bit OS with FS9? I'm thinking about switching to WinXP 64 bit to get some more RAM available, but I'm not sure how much memory I can adress to FS9. IDK about the fuel selectors, but I have found that FSX glitches easily (LOL...like that is news at all). I have had engine sounds (not with this A380) get stuck in the completely wrong mode before, and I just press "Q" once to mute the sound and again to un-mute it. That has solved sound ...

Since the official A330/A340 thread is locked...I saw this and found it funny based on the context

This is going to be a real help for my research...which focuses on the A330 lol. It wont help with the civilian stuff, but the flow information will be very useful.

Hi Francois, I've been out of the loop for a while due to PC issues, and I am planning to finally have FSX back up and running this weekend. I would love to test the FMS out, and something like the pack you are suggesting would be really helpful. If you could do that, I would be happy to send you so...

Have you tried disabling the AS weather engine for tests? Maybe that will show what the issue is.

I think some A320s don't have the required CFG contacts. Try finding the Stefan Liebe version of the A320 (Skyteam), as I think it has the contacts, and just copy that over to your normal A320 CFG. If you want, I post mine, since i have taken the time out to make some organizational tweaks of my own

That should explain it. According to charts, above around 95% N1 would be unrealistic.

The best a320 iae sounds for me is the synchrosoft iae. For cfm stilli havent found the perfect one yet Just curious, have you tried my pack? Hey I don't think more thrust i right, but it should have been nice to get to 100%. Because many sound sets don't have the buzz saw sound at 93%. This is maybe within the limitations of fs9 ? But on the a320 series the engines i think is at "100%" around 92-93... Maybe someone could make ...

Sorry...short of changing the code, there is nothing much that can be done. If you want, you could be adventurous and try and make your own effects, but I doubt that will make a difference.

I agree with AB Fan. Check the loads. I have not had any issues with that (with PA A320s) before.

I believe it's halo.bmp, which can be found in the fs9/texture folder if I recall correctly. That texture controls the overall look of ALL FSX/FS9 lights. Modifying that would affect every single light involved. I have messed with it, and I can tell you that it is a pain to deal with--getting the r...

Sure! If you find the correct texture, you can increase the brightness by making your own texture, applying a glow effect (after a bunch of format conversions), or by increasing RGB values in the actual effect file.

Avsim--Search the avsim library, then order by author. That model should be there. It is in AF livery I think, and has CFM engines.

If you have seen the Stefan Liebe model, download it, open the aircraft.cfg, and replace the [cameras] section in the Francois aircraft.cfg with the [cameras] section of the Stefan Liebe on...
