Have you tried deleting and reinstalling your problematic A/C in full (effects folder in particular)? The problem is most likely that the required effects files for hardcoded lights are missing.

Again, as far as I know, these need to be hardcoded...something I do not know how to do. I think the V1, Vr sound DLLs should be here somewhere online. Probably somewhat similar to the altitude callouts that Francois has.

I am almost dead certain that they are almost exclusively hardcoded. The only one I can think of that you could change with sounds alone is the cabin alert system. You could just add in a "click" sound on top of the alert ding within the sound file. And I suppose you could do the AP diseng...

WOW the modeling on those is good! Hmm...I'll warm up the textures a bit. I kept them pretty cool to keep consistent with the afternoon and avoid the hideous yellow ball the FSX default ended up being. Thanks!

The AOA seemed OK in that screenshot...it would make sense that there is a slight downward angle on the ground I think...unless the Phantom has a slight nose up attitude. Did it just stay frozen in the air or something?

You, sir, are a genius! I didn't even know this was possible within FSX. Did you modify the terrain data shown by the default GPS? Also, out of curiosity, is weather radar possible within FSX's infrastructure?
