Re: Difficulty Installing Aircraft
I don't run my FS into fullscreen mode and the flickering is a one off event. The weird thing is that there's no folder for the RR variant of the CLS A330 when I go into the %appdata% section and those run just fine when I add any textures to it (.i.e. SAS) While I may not be able to test out any of...

well it does show the Delta 777-200LR in the directory, but the screen is black and it gives an error when I select it. As for the CLS, everything is still there. It seems to constantly restore that folder you told me to delete.

Now before I begin describing in explicit detail in the problems I've been facing, I have installed aircraft, panels, sounds, etc. into FS for years. Hell you all have seen me paint my Korean Air A380 paint. However in all my years of being involved with this hobby have I never been this genuinely c...

It reminds me I have numerous paints to get up. I've been holding off on some of them for at least 2-3 years now.

I'm sure some of you have heard of Skymark ordering some of these. I felt somewhat obligated to paint this livery. There's not much to show regarding it, but I should add some effects and show everyone the completed product in about a week as well as upload it. The livery is not too fancy I know, bu...

I'm baaaaaaack! I'm sorry for bringing up an old post, but this simply helps make the boards a little neater for moderators. However, my beloved A380 of MSN 035 is currently in Finki awaiting outfitting and painting. As promised, I am updating my paint to help it look more accurate. For now here's a...

In case you didn't hear from yesterday, Skymark of Japan signed an LOI for up to 4 A380s and 2 options (note, they haven't ordered them quite yet). If I may have it a guess, the evidence does point to an A340-300 ;) The shape of the engine cowlings does give me a clue. Anyway, whatever it is, it will certainly be a great bit of fantastically mastered PAirbus freeware done by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. :D Look at the engine textures on the si...

True. With the Overland A321, a PA A321 will be like taking a hammer to it. An A345/A346 however would be like taking a concrete drill (you know, the ones construction workers use on roads) to the Simubuild one which is beyond horrible.

A321 = stretch the fuselage from the A319, recut the wings, texture, done! Though after the A32X family is updated, an A345/A346 is a must! The A330/A340 variants can probably be made pretty easily afterwards. The only main difference I can see besides the stretching/shrinking is the tail. Did anyon...

They'd might as well make it since it would be a matter of stretching the fuse, re-cutting the wing, and re-texturing. However I see a FAR more compelling case for an A340-500/600.

A vote is a vote the IFDG is getting old. Please don't turn this into a WW3! Just because it's older doesn't automatically make it worse; it's how it's made that determines the replacement.
