So the formula is :

If Thrust Reduction altitude = (MSL/AMSL)

THR RED cell = Thrust Reduction altitude (MSL/AMSL) - Airport (MSL)

If Thrust Reduction altitude = (AGL)

THR RED cell = Thrust Reduction altitude (AGL)
