He probably meant to merge the Wilco systems like the panel and FMC to work with the PA 330. I do not think it is possible to merge something from another model into a different model. Like how I fly with the A320's... Wilco is not that terrible, I do not fly their model, but their systems are the only aspect that is more than decent. All have tried but had holes in their Airbus systems: PSS was OK, it had a lot of stuff missing, Overland was all simple, Airsimmer failed, Aerosoft maybe will go all the way...Like I said, not a lot have tried to do Airbus FBW systems, the majority of FS9/FSX add-on aircraft are all Boeing. Not a lot of options to choose from but at least we have something. Have not tried vasfmc yet.

Airbus X is as realistic as you can get on FSX right now. (Airbus Wise)
It has a 96.999999999999999% accurate VC model and a 80.5555% outside model. (Had to change stats for esg)
FMC is alright, not real (fonts for FCU etc.) but O.K. for a Simulator. FBW and TCAS both work perfectly on the Airbus X ONLY if you use Windows Vista. I have no idea why but on 7 and XP the FBW reacts too quickly and bugs out over certain regions. If you are using a Left hand Joystick then flying the A320/A321 until you activate the AP/2 or when you land feels fine. - If you've been in an A320 cockpit while it was landing you will probably notice some unrealistic physics under 400Ft. (I've heard with V2.0 Aerosoft corrected these mistakes.)

Wilco's A330 and A320 are unrealistic, useless and a complete joke. I don't even know where to start. Cockpits look nothing like RL. Engines don't sound, start, react the way they do in RL. AP is more buggy then Windows Vista's Beta Test. FMC doesn't even come close to real life (on 330) and the way they designed the interior is a joke. Plus they just copy and pasted around 66% of the physics used on their A320 into the A330/A340 program. (And guess what? It feels different flying an A330 and an A320.) I'm not even going to start and talk about the A340-600.

Others:
No RAAS
TCAS doesn't work right
Strobe completely bugged
Eyepoints positioned wrong
etc. etc. etc.

Really don't know about Overland and I'm probably not going to waste my money on it.
As far as FSX goes, I'm staying with Airbus X, PA's A380, PO's 777 and hopefully soon my dream aircraft PA's A330.

About 13% on my post. Had to research this crap for a post on Aerosoft a while ago. Point is: Wilco NEY. Project Airbus YAY.

Like I said, I do not fly the Wilco model, once I tried to; NEVER again! I use the panel with the PA 320 family and custom sounds. FSX has Aerosoft for their FBW Airbus model, we FS9 users do not have much at all for realistic FBW. May I remind you of the Airsimmer model... :?

I have the airsimmer a320, I can just say it's a way better than wilco! Yes it's very buggy etc. But in way much better then wilco! I'm not a pilot and don't realy know how the FBW handless but I think it's realistc enough.

Looks good. Though it could be the angle of the shot, but isn't the hinge gap on the vstab looking a bit wide? I think it just might be looking a bit flat n wide.

But those hstab trim plate texture details are truly exquisite ! nice work

I think he's talking about the gap between the rudder and the bit that's sticking out underneath it. It does look a tiny bit odd from that angle.

For comparison: http://www.airliners.net/photo/Hainan-A ... 2127648/L/

That means if the FBW works well and all issues are "blown away" it will be include in the A330/A340?

That makes me think about if the FBW will be made also for FS9 or if the A330/A340 will be made for FSX. :) Both things would be great.

Never mind, I have FS9 and FSX on my pc running, so.

Just enjoying the good old A320 V2.1 (which works very well with FSX) ;)

The Fbw gauge interfaces with SimConnect, so no, it won't be made for FS9.

Will the paintkit be in any similar format to that of the A32X family or A380? I'm just curious.

My desire for a Hawaiian A332 grows stronger by the day with daydreaming becoming more and more frequent.

You have to admit the Hawaiian livery is probably the most beautiful livery any airline has / had.
Once the A330 is released I know what I will be working on: Image

similar layout. The paintkit for the POSKY A330/A340 drove us all bat crazy, so having a much simpler one to follow will be greatly appreciated by us painters.
