FS9 much more stable on Win7 x64 (i tested) , but sometimes one little problem with fullscreen and modules view, but still dont crash on win7 ;)

(sorry for my english)

Honestly, I don't know how much truth there is to that. I have had FSX on my Win7 x64 machine for two years now, and have not had crashes actually related to FSX. In my experience, it was only with XP that I really had issues.

FSX is stable (under XP 32bit). I have never had crashes , exept when I ajusted my bufferpools settings when I changed my video card (settigns are totally different from ATI to Nvidia and I regret my ATI). Never until 2 years.

The only problem with FSX that it needs a big power hardware and the setting o the fsx.cfg file must be adjust properly; that needs time to have the right settings. But when you have it, It is :P

I think that the stabilty problems are with 64bits OS or in directX 10 mode.

So, I said that my XP version is a very special version which everything is useless (ie 80%) has been removed, so it runs very fast and ultra stable.

Tell me about it! I just had to install fsx on a new install of my OS on the same computer. DIFFERENT RESULTS! Einstein said that insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. FSX broke that...it does make different results!

This just in: flight sim does not follow the laws of physics.

I figured that out when I went vertical in the default A321 at 300 knots using only 1/5 of the runway to takeoff!

What, you mean you can't do that in real life?

Or I could just attach that lovely afterburner effect I accidentally made 8-)
A321- the new face of the Air Force...now with enough underwing space to carry 2 Harriers or your daily medley of 30 missiles!
