Sadly, that's not true (at least for me). The A318, 319 and 320 are completely transparent in my FSX. The only model that is not transparent is the A321 but I can't start the engines.

As the title says, these models are for FS9. We just have to wait for the FSX models to be released.
For me the A32X v2.2 on FSX works perfectly. Do you have installed FSX SP's 1 and 2?

Yes, that does sound like you've not installed the service packs.

Hi!

First of all, thank you PA for the sharklet model. Very impressive work. ;)
Just wanted to ask, if you will support Shockwave 3D Lights by A2A Simulations for the sharklet model? If yes, is there any config available as early as now?

Thank you.
Jam

I don't think any of us use Shockwave 3D. You might have better luck asking on A2A's forum. Sorry!

It can be add with shockwave lights, but maybe has to remove some lines in lights section because some lights already hard-coded in the model, if I'm not mistaken, navigation light & strobe lights are hard-coded, so, you can put the other light if you want, such landing lights, taxi light, wing light.

Hi

On the TCX A321 sharklet the night for the wing ans sharklet texture appear to be transparent.
Is there a fix for this?

Thanks.

To see them in FSX and use then the 2D panel, remove or add a "//" before the "interior= " line in the model.cfg file, leaving the other lines as they are.

Try this for the A320:

[lights]
light.0= 4, 44.41, 0.00, 3.50, fx_vclighth
light.1 = 5, 1.00, 6.90, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_narrow_down ,
light.2 = 5, 1.00, -6.90, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_narrow_down ,
light.3 = 6, 38.00, 0.00, -5.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_double ,
light.4 = 6, 38.00, 0.00, -7.25, fx_shockwave_landing_light_double_vsmall
light.5 = 5, 15.00, 6.90, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_light ,
light.6 = 5, 15.00, -6.90, -3.50, fx_shockwave_landing_light_light ,

i just noticed with the swiss livery, the yellow paint on the flap track fairings is only on the right side and the cross on the inside of the sharklet is a little bit distorted. it could maybe be brought forward away from the edge of the model?

The yellow is only on the right hand side flap canoes on the real aircraft. I'll fix the winglets.

I know you guys don't like us to ask you when is any project going to be released, but, the way the FSX models are right now, more or less, when could they be shown up to the simmers?

I've said many times we can't give an answer to that 'cause we don't work on a schedule. There's no use asking.

The FS9 vesrion will not work in FSX period. Just wait for the FSX version. I know it is a beautiful plane, believe me, I've been waiting for an A320 for a while, and I own the Airbus X (way to complicated for the average flight simmer) which is why I don't fly it. So this release has me very eager and I am in great anticipation for the FSX release. Many kudos to the PA team for an fantastic looking model. I only hope she flies as good as she looks.
