Not quite finished - need to fix a few bits, mostly alignment stuff.
Re: bmi British Midland A321
That's some extreme detail! Nice paints!
Re: bmi British Midland A321
That is amazing Tom! I can't wait to get that rolling down Manchester's runway off to sunnier climes!

Indeed it is a very nice paint, good work. But the Monarch livery was recently updated and is being gradually introduced across the fleet.Brett-Hill wrote:I certainly don't have any problems with the one he has painted... besides, that is the new paint isn't it? Of course, G-OZBS does not yet wear these colours, but A321s are gradually being painted in the fresh updated livery. It was introduced in 2009.

It's the tiniest of changes, hadn't even noticed. What I've painted is current on G-OZBS anyway. I may change it, but don't count on it. Gary summed it up nicely!AegeanA320 wrote:Indeed it is a very nice paint, good work. Well, it's certainly a change I noticed. Looks so much smarter in my opinion.
Oh well, I'm sure someone else will do it.

Its not worth changing the livery to the newest one... what you have there looks perfect Tom.Tom Collins wrote:It's the tiniest of changes, hadn't even noticed. I thing It may be a good idea to stop the quoting (Including myself) , soon we could be quoting the whole thread!
Re: bmi British Midland A321
Awesome work Tom! I'll echo everyone else in saying that I'm definitely looking forward to taking the 321 out for a spin, and your paint jobs are tops! As for the revised livery...I dunno, if the only change is the "M" being made lower-case on the main titles, I say let it stay but that's just me. Cheers!

Right, as I had to fix a number of issues with the paint anyway, she's now G-OZBT...
While I'm at it, may show my remaining 2 British paints as it's sort of the theme of the thread. I've got a number of other non-Brit paints done, but you'll have to wait for release now...

Thanks chaps.
As we're trying not to cover the forums with previews this close to the release, I won't post any more directly. If you want to have some fun though, just replace the "XXX" in this image link below with ICAO codes you think I may have completed and see what you findLufthansa 007 wrote:can you tell us which non-european liverys you have painted, please ?

Re: British A321s
Keep trying - 13 to find including the ones I've already previewed. Of the ones I've not yet previewed, there's one more European airline and one that I guess is half European based on its country of registration (big hint, and it's not the first one that springs to mind). Other than that, look towards Central America and the Caribbean, as well as an Asian peninsula (for 2 of them).Lufthansa 007 wrote:Ok, I trie, see if it works

Re: British A321s
Ok, I found some more images of the Easyjet, Virgin and Monarch A321 and a TACA one
can I post them here ?
EDIT: All, I got are: TAP, Spirit, Asiana and TACA. Are there some more
BTW: Is Lufthansa or Air Berlin on your list ?

Re: British A321s
I wasn't able to find the Avianca one (didn't realize they had 321s; wasn't able to find it using ICAO codes, anyway), but so far: TAP, TACA, Spirit, Onur Air, and Asiana. GREAT job Tom! Talk about keeping idle hands busy LOL!
Regarding the half-European airline, I'm stumped! I know that Aeroflot registers some of their planes (including a few 321s) in Bermuda, but so far no luck there on your link.

You already got it with Onur Air.b6ifc81 wrote:Regarding the half-European airline, I'm stumped! I know that Aeroflot registers some of their planes (including a few 321s) in Bermuda, but so far no luck there on your link.
Just one left that you guys haven't got - 2 hints:
- They're a relatively new airline
- You already got Asiana but I said there are two in the aforementioned asian peninsula.
Not on my list, but they will be covered by the group.Lufthansa 007 wrote:BTW: Is Lufthansa or Air Berlin on your list ?

Ahh, I see, said the blind man... but that would leave 12, unless you're keeping both variations of Monarch (or I can't count LOL)..Tom Collins wrote:You already got it with Onur Air..b6ifc81 wrote:Regarding the half-European airline, I'm stumped! Got it! Air Busan. Well done! I am sooo not typing in the ICAO codes to help anyone out. It took way too much effort searching wikipedia and airliners.net Cheers!Tom Collins wrote:Just one left that you guys haven't got - 2 hints:

Nice work finding the Air Busan one.
It's me that can't count - there is indeed one more - hint: You get a gold medal for finding it, and it's not based in any of the regions I mentioned earlier.b6ifc81 wrote:Ahh, I see, said the blind man... but that would leave 12, unless you're keeping both variations of Monarch (or I can't count LOL)..

Re: British A321s
Errrrr if by gold medal you mean a pre-release copy, I'll take it. LOL j/k, but you did say to look toward the Caribbean/Central America. I got TACA, but other than them, there aren't a whole lot airlines flying the 321 besides them and Spirit (who are slowly getting rid of theirs, sadly). Air Jamaica still has 'em I think, but I already tried both their (AJM) and Caribbean Airlines' ICAO (BWA)...but nothing... I'll keep lookin'
Edit: NEVER MIND! hahaha that's what search overload will do to you. I won't say what it is, but it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out. Thanks for your efforts! Cheers!

Haha a very fun game for a dull afternoon, all previews should be done this way! I think I have them all and they are very stunning
Re: British A321s
I totaly agree with you, this is a lot more fun if you give us a link with three x and we have to place the ICAO codes of the airline, that we suggest...StephenG wrote:Haha a very fun game for a dull afternoon, all previews should be done this way! I think I have them all and they are very stunning

Lame as it sounds, the old layers are now deleted on the kit and with all the packaging hassle it's not worth doing to be honest.jackbb wrote:RE: Monarch A321

Instead, I've just completed (pending testing) one more paint no-one had bagged. Same image URL structure as before - hint is that this time there's a silver medal instead of gold and it's been mentioned earlier in this thread.
