no problem... i've been flying it extensively in FS on my rig for a while and its not been giving me any problems whatsoever.

FYI my rig specs are :

4x1GB Crucial Ballistix Tracers @ 4-4-4-12 DDR2 800Mhz
Asus P5K Deluxe wifi
Win 7 Home Premium 64bit (worked fine on earlier Win XP Professional too)
FS2004 v 9.1
eVGA 8800GT KO 512MB @stock on the latest nvidia drivers.

As much as we'd love to and we appreciate the excitement... there are still a few issues that have to be ironed out. None are major though

It seems that the centre aileron did most of the work @ sharp turns..

That's not necessarily the case; the centre aileron actually acts as a dampener and is usually in a reverse position to the other two ailerons; depending on the exact moment a photo is taken, it may seem to be more active than the others.

Me too. The problem is FS9 can't handle both, so the cockpit version will be out a bit later. :P

Yeah! Say $80 for the exterior model, $80 for flight model, $100 for the cockpit, and then another $250 for the virtual cockpit and cabin. Repaints can be bought from the Project Airbus store at $20 apiece ;)

And don't forget the $30 bandwith fee to be able to download the product after the transaction has been completed. I should work with Ryanair.

Have you created the whole cabin or just a part?
I think you should do the whole cabin so you can feel like a passenger on a longrange flight :)

Most passengers don't see the whole cabin; only the section they're in. Besides - doing the whole cabin isn't possible due to polygon limits.

Just the first class. FS9 can't handle that many polygons, so I had to either remove Derek's gorgeous wing, or make the entire interior in very low detail.

Edit: Tom is one step ahead of me everywhere today! :D

LOL @ Tom's up-to-the-minute updating

The cabin looks great. Although this may sound like a dumb question, but will there be one where we can opt to simply have the wingviews? I do admire and respect the fact that a considerable amount of effort was made into the cabin, but I honestly don't drool over them.

Though my mouth is watering for this plane the more I see it. :P

With that in mind, do you supply buckets so I can prevent flooding my dorm? My roommate wouldn't be too happy otherwise.

The virtual cabin will only cover a first-class area on the main deck as far back as the leading edge of the wing, so from any other viewpoint you'll only get the more "typical" wingview.

Nope. It will be a cabin+wingview and a VC-no wingview model. As Tom stated, the cabin extends to the leading edge of the wing, so you can get all the "clean" views of it without the cabin getting in the way.

We don't have any custom sounds, and no A380 soundsets that we know of. So they will be aliased to the 747.

Basically, on that page it says the trailing edge of the flap touches the gear door and something about the flap fairing being larger on the left side because of the placement of the RAT. That's what he wanted you to look at... :D

The fairing is certainly allot bigger on the left inner fairing. Thanks for sharing that Atomic_13. Looks like the RAT comes out of that little door on the front of the left fairing?

Yes... it is a shame that there will be no FSX Native model for the better FPS and it is a shame there arn't any decent sound sets available for it... but after looking at your Cabin Previews and wingview previews and videos... I DONT CARE!!! The work you guys have put into this, is truely staggering for freeware and I wish you guys good luck with the final stages up to the release date :)
