It looks absolutely awesome!!
Does every customer get this paint as a free gift when buying the Acapulco scenery (which looks good by the way)?

Is this actually included in the package, and is it advertised?

If it's for the PA model (freeware), why is only available to folks that buy the scenery? Makes no sense.

You don't have to pay for it. It comes as a gift for purchasers of the MMAA scenery.

So, in essence, you do have to pay for it...

When you look at it that was yes, but it's not intended like that. Wouldn't it be against the law to sell something for your model without consulting you first?
When the scenery was first released you didn't get this included, the price was deducted for a small time and the repaint was thrown in with it. So it's not like you're paying more for it because there's a repaint in the package now.

Seemingly, yes.
Wouldn't it be against the law to sell something for your model without consulting you first?
I don't give two shits if it is or isn't against the law; I'm more concerned with ethics. And even if it is against the law, what can I do—hire a lawyer? Let's be realistic
