judging from the way he increases speed and climbs the aircraft must be fairly lightly loaded... rotating at 120, 25 degree climbout

If it's so lightly loaded, I'm surprised they didn't use a FLEX takeoff - unless they were taking off from a ridiculously short runway!

Or maybe it was the first flight of the day and they needed to perform a takeoff at full thrust. Or maybe company procedure doesn't allow for flex takeoffs. It could be for a number of reasons.
