I downloaded the basepack for A321 and I can't seem to find the livrery installer, can anyone tell me where to look for it?

it comes with the liveries..

With the paintkit already out, will there be a way to integrate the livery installer with our own liveries? I'm painting a few liveries on the A321, but none of them seem to install even within my own FS diectory.
