Hi, i've done some repaints and now i wanna to upload on some website as flightsim.com or avsim.com, can someone tell me what files have i to put into the plane folder to respect all the copyright policy? Possibly, where can i find that files?

you will have to make sure first that the author of the model allows repaint releases. It will say in the Readme of his/her other paints usually. Or at least a contact email. If it doesnt say anything, Id imagine it's alright to release your paint, but if you arent sure, than email him and ask. If its a yes, than you will have to credit him. So in the Readme (for installation), you would put who the original model is by (as a disclaimer).

Well PA Allows Repaint..You only have to include the "readme" file in the Paintkit directory...
