Who knows, they did go from 10,000 to 8,000 feet in one day then to 7,000 feet in another (let's just hope there aren't any go arounds ;) ). It's so close though... I can feel it :)

Wow i bet these guys are ether, going to drop 2,000ft aday which means it will be downloadball on the 2nd but if they do it by day and not realse it atal and say they dont wanna realse then i'm never coming on this website again ( well maybe if it comes out HEHE ) if it's done + the main 4 Liverys (EK,SIA & QF & AF which we all seen) THEN REALSE!

Don't set the date by yourself. The twitter shows it's very close, but if it came out on the 25th of June, or 10th of July makes no big difference IMO.

Are you realy that desperate that you have to guess what date it will come out but doing a bit of math with the altitude on the twitter feed, youve waited long enough already whats another 1-3 weeks

For the people who really want to do the math, don't forget that on approach the VS is about 800f/m and the flare should also be calculated in. Just kidding. I really hope you guys aren't going to find any big mistakes in this last stage of developing. Of course if there are mistakes, you better take your time to correct them. I am eagerly awaiting this one.

@Ttanceaddict: A VS of 800/1200 ft per minute gives me a perfect 2 white 2 red approach at my local airport (EBBR) and most other airports with a 3° glide slope angle. But of course at airports at Lukla or LCY you go way steeper down.

Great to know that. I'd still request for the source of that information or the reference speeds.

Sheldon,

VS can be found using the ground speed and angle of the glideslope, the formula works for all types of aircraft.
