Project Airbus A380 VC for FSX

It's sad that the amazing A380 with VC is not compatible with FSX.
I'm a FSX player and I really want to fly this aircraft. I think that I can make it compatible to FSX, so I have one question.

Who is the person that can give me the permission to make some changes in the aircraft?
