panel and wing views

Hello guys, im new with this amazing birds a319, a320 and a321 but i would like to know the best free recommendation for a panel to use on this 3 models also a good wing views, i tried flightsim and avsim but they have a lot of options, i want the best recommended here, please let me know thanks !!!
