PA 319 merge

Post by Airbus Fan »

Hello everyone,

I want to ask, if it's possible to change current Aerosoft's a318/9 model ( which is terrible for me ) with Project Airbus one? ( If it's legal of course ). Is there any tutorials?

Hey,

I'm not familiar with Aerosoft's Airbus (i use fs9) but i merged all the project Airbus models with wilcos panel and flight dynamics and works brilliantly. Maybe try copying the Sim file (air file) of aerosoft airbus and replace the PA one. Then go to Aircraft.cfg and copy the flap angles. (Below is an example of what it should look like). Then copy flight tuning, engine data etc, etc from aerosoft to Project Airbus!!!! Hope that helps abit. But not 100% sure if it will work with Aerosoft's. And yes it is completely legal, provided you haven't got hold of Aerosoft's without paying!!!!

Good luck!!!!!

It should be possible to merge the PA model with the aerosoft cockpit (with the A320 it was possible), but the cockpit will sit almost on the ground, because the contact points of the aerosoft model are completely different. You will notice this for instance when you pushback the plane, the pushback truck will be about on your eye level, which looks really strange from the flightdeck.
