The paint you are looking for is most likely on AVSIM. The FSX Models are on AVSIM, We are not your search engine. DIY.

Quite a long time ago I found a package of lots JetBlue textures for the PA320 on Simviation, also includes Delta textures. You can find the FSX Models on Flightsim or AVsim, just swap the old FS9 model with the FSX one.
