Hello !
This is not the first time i flown with VasFMC. In the new A380 VC i managed the MCDU to climb to FL370 with Cost Index 900. After it climbed over 10.000 FT it slowly stoped to climb !
After that I looked again to the FMC and found no problem :!:
I was so distracted that I have not seen the mountain before me and I crashed into it
Any suggestion or help ?

As far as I remember, VAS doesn't include VNAV. I wonder how you got up to 10000ft without using ALT hold in the first place!

Like all other flights with VasFMC I just turned the ALT knob to 37000

Then it should climb. I flew yesterday and it worked OK. Did you RClick on the knob and select a VS?

You have to select a vertical speed by hand. I think I got the same problem above 10000ft; RClick on the VS knob, select a Vertical speed manually and it'll climb there.

HHmm...
I tested it again and the same problem ! In the PFD I have OP Climb, but it don't climb ! With Vertical Speed it works. When I am trying to climb I loose Speed

!
In the older version it worked fine without loosing speed !

Have you set the speed for the climb phase in the MCDU?

The climb problem is there only with VAS.VAS FMC doesn't support vertical navigation. That means that, no matter what you do in the MCDU, it is not programmed to automatically change FLs. You'll have to set the altitude and Vertical Speed by hand, because VAS hasn't modeled the VNAV feature yet.
