How to disable the Default Autopilot

Hi, Everyone well I hope someone replies atleast.
I have retrofitted the Wilco Airbus Panel into the A380 VC model but for some reason the Default Autopilot seems to be trying to still govern the Planes control causing the Autopilot from the Wilco to be overrided... Is there anyway to disable the Default Autopilot??

Can't someone atleast dignify this post with a reply. I do understand you guys do not support merges but come on there has to be an explanation on how to disable the Autopilot that the VC uses. Is there an XML file that needs to be edited or something??
