Gauges for Pedestal

Post by 777beats340 »

Hey Guys,

I was looking through the panel gauges for the A380 VC and was trying to locate the FLAPS, SPEED BRAKE, GEAR, and PARKING BRAKE GAUGES with no luck. Anyone know where they are exactly?

The folders _ap, _clock etc in the panel folder contain the gauges which are coded with XML !
Speedbrakes are treated in _sys.sd
Flaps, gear and parking brake are treated in _ecam.ecam

Thanks for the response guy!

However I think the gauges you referred to are for the LECAM display and control of those systems, and not the actual gauge physically located on the pedestal. I may have been vague at what i was asking for, sorry. I was looking for the gauges that are positioned on the pedestal, like the flaps and speedbrake handles on the pedestal. If you look at my lower pedestal bitmap on the gauge and panel section, this might clarify a bit more. Im trying to incorporate the lower pedestal gauges from the VC into the 2d (just to save time and get some realism in it). This the current problem, and i feel that those gauges are either incorporated into the model, which means i cant use them or im missing stuff?

Thanks!

I understand.
We would need somebody of the PA-team to answer that!
You should perhaps pm somebody (Tom Collins, esg ?)
