Landing/Taxi Lights

Evening,

I have just flown my first night flight in the PA A321 and on taxi'ing to the stand, collided with another aircraft as I could'nt see it. Effectively I don't appear to have any landing or taxi lights which illuminate the ground, they only show on the aircraft itself.....

Anyone know how this may be resolved?

very bad lights landing, and taxi... improving it, would be perfect !!!
