Hello i downloaded a320 version and i A320 engines do not rotate as in the A321

I am not sure what the problem is. Is your issue that you cannot see the blades spinning? Because the spinner clearly indicates that the engine is on.....

turbine can not do a full rotation even when other power ..

Ok. I see. It looks like it is a texture or an animation issue. I checked it out with my FSX too.. Not much I can do I'm afraid. Texture-wise, if you bring it to someone's attention, thee might be a way to fix it. Animations-wise, short of recompiling the entire model with a fixed animation, I don't think there is anything that can be done.
