Vapor Trails

I'm really enjoying the updated A321, in FSX, but am noticing that the vapor trails seem to originate from points approximately 5 meters above and below the nose of the aircraft, as opposed to the wingtips. Is there a fix for this?

short answer: the aircraft.cfg file is messed up. I suggest reinstalling it with a known good file.
