Fuel not loading PA A380 FS9

Ok, I'm going to be frank, while the PA A380 is a great model loading fuel into it is proving a task in it's self, not only do I change the weight using http://fuelplanner.com/index.php but it still says I have 100% Fuel! It's really pissing me of, I absolutely under any circumstances cannot load fuel into the Aircraft as I keep getting an error message saying to enter a number between 0 and 1274625261 or something like that, it's proper annoying, any help would be much appreciated if not I will never use PA because there is always a problem
