Wilco/Project Airbus merge problem!

Hi guys, quick question,
I have had the PAirbus/wilco merge for a while now and love it! Recently upgraded to the Wilco Evo pack for Vols 1&2. I have copied everything from panels to flap settings to autopilots and FDEs from Wilco to PAirbus. The issue i am having is when i fly into a hold the aircraft attempts to go half way round the hold ok, but then just starts randomly turning everywhere other than following the hold!
Has anyone encounted this before? OR is it just a software issue between PAirbus and Wilco?
