A380 Top Beacons Help

Good morning everyone,
I wanted to know if anyone could help me or tell me how to change the beacon fx file for the A380 two top beacons? I would like to make them flash in unison as in real life but have noticed that on my model the two red top beacons flash one then the other?
Any help would be much appreciated
