A321 uncontrollable pitch on take off

Hello,
I'm hoping you can help...I use the PA A321 with the wilco 2D panel (which works fine with A319/20) but on A321 the aircraft pitches so much just after takeoff that the a/c ends in stalling. Fighting back on the joystick doesn't have any effect nor does engaging AP1 - nothing reaponds and the aircraft continues to pitch uncontrollably!
Any help you can give would be great and I can't fly this great bird.
For info, my takeoff rotation rate is as required and quite shallow.
