No FMS data base found

Need help please
Have installed the pa-a319 fd fmc-cfm-iae 155 as per the instructions which I thought I followed ? but even though the aircraft loads ok in FSX & all panels open ok the FMS on screen message in red says FMS not activated-no data base loaded.
Could you possibly explain what I have missed.
My OS is win10-pro
ps: can't work out how to attach any pictures to show what I have done.
