Replacement Model Issues

Post by quakers1 » 12 Jul 2010, 18:04

Hello everyone,

I recently decided to make the switch to FSX for various reasons, so I transferred all my aircraft, many of which were Project Airbus A320 family models. First, I'll say that they are some amazing models! But, when I added them into FSX, I ran into some trouble.

I have encountered the hole-in-fuselage issue, which seems to be common.

So, I followed everyone's directions on other forums, and downloaded the replacement models. But, now I have another problem. The replacement models are in 7z format when I download them, which is a format i have NEVER seen before. This may come across as a stupid question, but how do I get the files from .7z to .mdl format, so I can put them in my planes, and put an end to the hole issue once and for all? Could someone on here please lend me a helping hand?

Thanks in advance for any kind of input, I greatly appreciate it.

-Skylar :)
