Which panel do yu recommend ?

Hye all

Being new here I was wondering which best panel do you use for this beautiful PA A 380 ? and where to find one that is nice for the A 380 ?
As to fly the B 747 is very strange ?

Does exist a PA panel and where to find and load it ? does exist also with GPS or FMc even not too much complete ?
