Red beacons and strobes

It probably has been asked before: why do the strobe lights as well as red beacon lights, do not work on any A318/19/20/21 models? Is there a solution for this problem? If I acces the airplane cfg. , can I make any changes in order to fix this issue?

Mine work fine. Did you delete anything or not add effects?

I just had that problem recently, but placing the effects from the download in the main effects folder helped. Try that.

All of the effects mentioned in your aircraft.cfg under the sections [lights] and [smoke] need to be in the main effects folder otherwise they certainly will not work. If they are not there, then you will have to download the packages again and extract them from there. Or I can send them in a pm
