Is it possible to merge Tom Ruth's A340 vc as well as the PA airbus Cabin to PA A380??

Nope.

FS2004 interior/exterior models aren't compiled separately...
As for FSX aircraft you can grab the vc of an airplane and put it in whatever airplane you want... But you can't mix two VCs.

I just merged all 3 together the vc of tom ruth A340, The PA Cabin, and the aircraft model but im unable to convert P3D to 3DS format could somone help me!

I find it highly unlikely that you managed to preserve the animations and materials when you ripped the models.

Well i think i did but i could not test it
But first i need to convert Gmax file to 3Ds or mdl
