New Paint

Hey guys,
I know the support is limited here these days however I just need a small problem solving.
Ive made a paint for the pa a320 cfm, everything looks fine as in model side etc. However when i choose the aircraft I have painted it then causes my FS to crash. Ive done the paint in 32bit format not DXT3. Ive compared my installation of the textures to an already made Aer Lingues paint from an external site and everything seems right about it. It crashed at the point when I click the aircraft and even before you can see the aircraft in the preview box its gone... bloody weird i say.
Im just puzzled as to what it could be :shock:
