A319 Light Issue

I'm Using FS9.1.
The issue im having is that the Beacon lights on the A319 aren't working...
They work on the A320 and the both use the same fx file but for some reason they don't work on the A319.
The Light points are correct in the Aircraft.cfg because I cross checked them off other A319 downloads on AVSIM but for some reason the beacon lights will not work on the A319.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue and what solution they might suggest.
