US Airways NC A321

Post by USAirwaysA321 »

I am happy to present the new US Airways livery for the A321.
The more I fly this plane the more I like it! The PA team did an outstanding job!

I did both CFM and IAE variants. There seems to be a large demand for this repaint, and I will upload it soon assuming nobody finds any problems! :)

I really appreciated the fact that the texture sizes were the same as the A320. This made everything a lot easier since I already did this livery on the A320.

Looks AMAZING dude. Nit picking here, but maybe the blue can be darkened a bit? Never the less...Good job, and keep up the outstanding work!

Looks good, but why did you use the A320 paint kit?

Just for this repaint I used a combination of both paintkits to be consistent with my other US Airways repaints. I just swapped in some details and shading, I hope there's nothing wrong doing that.

Haha yeah thats me! And yes that is the same tail I have used before.

The registration font is called Myriad Pro.

You're right, how could I have missed that? I guess the curve didn't show up much, so I made it more dramatic.

Here it is again with the IAE variant.

Just wait. The repaint(s) look very far down the road, production wise. So I am guessing it will not be long until he releases them. Never the less. Looking great Mr. Joe. :D

Wow, that's awesome Brian! Both efforts are great (heck, a lot better than I could do), but I think yours hits the shades of blue more accurately. Great job! Are you painting it for both the IAE and CFM variants, like Joe's?

Please enjoy, and you will find a little bonus in there as well! ;)

We all have our own different styles of painting, and everyone has their preferences. Brian, you did an outstanding job with your repaint, I especially like the tail in particular. :)

Brian,
I just took the US Airways A321 for a spin and noticed on the left side of the fuse that you have cargo hatch doors. IDK if they blong there. I know the access is on the right side of the plane. Are cargo access doors on both sides???? Just trying to help :D
