Overall very good. Just a few thinks:
- the engine looks a little bit "synthetic". Add the same effects from the fuselage to the engine nacells
- the titanium plates at the horizontal stabilizers are red too at Air Berlin
- the vertical stabilizer is not complete red at Air Berlin. Watch it at airliners.net - there is a small white "corner"
- Air Berlin has no satcom

I think it's good, but
- D-ABGJ isn't an A320 it's an A319
It's great to see that anybody is painting an airberlin
