Working on it. The tail maybe needs a rework, and the orange dots still need the white inlay. Also, I'm not entirely sure of the bottom color, maybe it should be whiter.

the bottom color is ok .. maybe the tail maybe more blue-black .. the rest is very well ok !

the blue should be a darker blue, like a darker navy blue. be careful about looking at photos, depending on the lighting, the blue can appear lighter or near black.

true but I can tell you that the real bird is darker blue ... see it every day from a very short distance ... (like arm length)
