Hiding the Antenna...

Post by NoseGear »

Hey Guys,

I decided to do a basic fictional repaint for myself of your A318.
It's worked out fine and i'm just ironing out some kinks.

On the top of the A318 there is a big lump of an antenna (I believe it is the sattcom antenna) and I want to hide it somehow.
I know it is possible since it happens on a lot of your other repaints.

How do I manage to do this?

Thanks
Faris

IIRC it is done by putting a full alpha over the satcom anntenna textures

For the A319 have I rework the Alpha-channel in DXTBmp as shown here in the red circle.
