Help for GSX Doors...

Hi everyone, as I'm new here I'm sorry if I post this in wrong topic section, real quick.
As I load GSX, and I parked at a Parking (No Jetway), If I request Boarding or De-Boarding, I always get "Open Exit 3" message if the Passengers Bus has arrived, and I have no Idea what is exit 3 actually, if anyone had their GSX.cfg that has none of this message please share, or How do I fix it?
And is there a model or config that can open a service doors? That's interesting on v2.2,
