Painting Help

How do i bring the aircraft windows and doors over the image of the aircraft
eg. I am creating a a380-800 texture, and the Logo is blocking the windows of the aircraft, How do i bring the windows over the Logo,
Please help me!

In fuse_full look for the layer named 'PAINT HERE'

Found the file and it seems to work. but i paint aircraft sections, eg the front fuse,the middle fuse, wing everything seperately..if i use the full_fuse file what are the steps i shud follow to paint aircrafts? pls reply
