United Tulip A320 (Semi-Fotoreal)

Post by Flightsimmer » 28 Apr 2012, 01:42

Started on this one:

It contains stuff that I've never accomplished in my paints before. Like shine, shadow, little details, etc.....
I used quite a lot of shine and shadow (gradient), multi layers of it! I can't wait to see what she will look like in FSX :D

The tail is photo-real, made from a real photo....

comments welcome...

In FSX:

There will be two versions, one with lighter paint:

alternate:

added a little more shine to the tail so it matches with the rest of the paint:

Enjoy

Looks pretty good, surely you can find a less-blurry tail to use though?

the tail is a bit blurry, but the rest of the airplane is nicely done! I like it!

Yup, it's the first time I tried actually cutting out the tail from a photo and pasteing it onto the texture sheet. I have no idea where to find a good hd clean photo, so i used the largest one I could find on the internet.
